Pultrusion is a highly automated production process to fabricate profiles of fiber reinforced plastics.Pultrusion pulls a variety of reinforced fibers ,wetted with resin,through a heated die. Polymerization of the resin occurs as the wetted fibers pass through the die, forming a continuous, rigid profile corresponding to the orifice shape.

Pultrusion process ensures stability of dimension, precisely placed fibers and a smooth.In pultrusion process,FRP or CFRP profiles can be cut into any length trough the cut off saw.
